Celebrating 30 Years of Excellence & Success - A Heartfelt Thank You!

We are thrilled and honored to announce that we are celebrating 30 years of helping our valued customers finding they dream forever homes! This remarkable milestone wouldn't have been possible without the relentless contribution and steadfast support from our incredible staff both past and present as well as our incredible customers over the years.

It all began with the vision and determination of two remarkable individuals - Bill Kimmitt and Les Roberts. We are indebted to them for their pioneering spirit and their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service in the estate agency industry. Their dedication and hard work laid the foundation for Kimmitt & Roberts' success.

In recent years, as Bill Kimmitt and Les Roberts retired, they passed on the baton to their sons, David Kimmitt and Jonathan Roberts, who stepped up to lead this extraordinary legacy as well as modernising processes to improve our Gold Award Winning customer service. Under their capable guidance, Kimmitt & Roberts continued to flourish, upholding the same values of excellence, honesty, and professionalism that were instilled by their fathers.

On this special occasion, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all the past and present staff members including those who are sadly no longer with us, who have worked tirelessly to build and maintain our reputation as a trusted estate agency. Each and every one of you has contributed to our success, putting your heart and soul into providing top-notch service. From our skilled estate agents and branch managers to our support staff and administrators, your hard work and dedication have shaped our identity and propelled our growth over the years.

Our heartfelt thanks also go out to all our esteemed customers, both past and present. We are immensely grateful for your trust and loyalty, as you have been an integral part of our journey. It has been a privilege to serve as your trusted estate agent partner, helping you navigate the complexities of property transactions and fulfilling your dreams of homeownership.

We would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the wider community for embracing us and entrusting us with their estate agency needs. Without their support, we could not have achieved this significant milestone.

As we celebrate 30 years of trading, we are filled with immense pride and gratitude. We honor the legacy of Bill Kimmitt and Les Roberts, acknowledging their vision and hard work. We also extend our appreciation to David Kimmitt and Jonathan Roberts for carrying the torch forward with dedication and excellence.

Once again, we would like to extend our thanks to all our amazing staff members and customers for your unwavering dedication, trust, and support. Here's to the next 30 years of success and collaboration!
